BUTTERS BLOG

When it comes to butters one of our favorite picks has everything, we need to create beautiful butters that would grab your skin attention! Shea butter is my first skin Love!

RAW SHEA BUTTER

it’s safe to use raw Shea butter on the skin and face; Shea butter’s excellent moisturizing qualities are attributed to its fatty acid content, including palmitic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, and oleic acid.

WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER

When you apply Shea butter on the skin, these oils are rapidly absorbed and act as a refatting agent within the skin. Refatting agents restore lipids and create moisture. Shea butter is rich in vitamins A and E, which are some of the best antioxidants. Antioxidants work by protecting your skin from free radicals associated with premature aging, dull-looking skin, and other health issues. This makes Shea butter an excellent choice for Your body because it constantly generates new skin cells while getting rid of dead skin cells. New skin cells are needed to replace the dead ones. Shea butter contains triterpenes, a naturally occurring chemical compound that deactivates collagen fiber destruction.

Buying Natural

There are many different villages in Africa that harvest and make pure Shea butter not only for their own personal use but as a fair trade for profit. The wife normally keeps house as their husband's work, but the making and selling of shea butter has helped these families in a tremendous way that they are able to pay for their children to go to school and receive an education. The Ladies of the Kongo village have caught my eye and have a special place in my heart and a special place for your skin; when buying natural products that are made and processed in Africa you are helping a community. They started out with 10 women and now their Shea butter production has grown so much that they had to employee more mothers and now there are more than 30 of them! Purchasing all natural, unaltered products is life changing for your skin and small villages in Africa. Let’s shine naturally and ethically!

The effects of buying natural

Thanks to you a mom has a job, and her kids are in school! ❤️🙏

Our partner, tiny Estonian NGO Mondo has been supporting education in Kongo village since 2009! Thanks to them 145 kids in the village are in school, who otherwise couldn’t afford it. And the best news is that ALL the children of the Shea ladies in Kongo village are in school!

We believe that the best way to empower women is to create business relations with locals so that they can decide what to do with their own income. Village women know better than any foreign NGO how to use their money in their communities.

Thank you so much for being part of our venture! It sounds too easy but truly every pound of sold Shea butter makes a difference! Thank you! From the bottom of our hearts! 🙏❤️Fair Tale www.fairtaleghana,org
