EXFOILATE, HYDRATE AND MOISTURIZE BLOG

Updated: Feb 8

Your skin tells a story, listen to your skin, care for your skin because it speaks to the world daily. Throughout OUR life, our skin will change constantly as we age, grow, climate changes, emotional stress can change our skin as well in my opinion. In fact, your skin will regenerate itself approximately every 27 days. Our skin is our largest Organ which has seven layers, each of which has a specific duty. Our skin is part of the body’s innate immune system and acts as the body’s first barrier against germs, ultraviolet (UV) light, chemicals, injury and without it we would be exposed to a lot of unwanted things. Our skin also helps maintain body temperature (when our body is sick, we will experience a rise of body temperature) and our skin prevent water loss from the body. Proper skin care is essential to maintaining the health and vitality of this protective organ; it is considered protective because it hides everything inside of us and the skin is what you see first even before our personality is noticed.

BODY SCRUB

I never make and sell products that I do not use myself. I had never heard of body scrubs before and as I matured in the selfcare area it was obvious that it was a necessity to the skin care industry; it was something that was trending, so at the end of 2020 I decided to try body scrub. I absolutely love that I started the body scrub journey! there are so many different types of scrubs out there and you really can't go wrong with any of them, so I studied. I studied the layers of skin, the sensitivity of skin, and read endlessly about dead skin that our body shed daily. Sugar scrubs help nurture the skin with the different oils and body butter moisturizes your new skin while the sugar softly scratches the dead skin without hurting it because of the emulsifying wax. If exfoliating isn't in your skincare kit and added as a routine you're definitely missing out on this gem; Combination matters and knowing what your skin is saying to you is very necessary. I offer sugar scrubs without sugar that exfoliates delicately and with sugar that has a slight intensity without harming any layer of your skin.

FACIAL SCRUB

Our facial scrub is made without sugar but with a soft exfoliating bead that tenderly graces your face and removes dead skin cells. Our skin talks to us through dryness and screams when it is lacking moisture; Exfoliation is an important step of any skin care routine. Not exfoliating the skin at least twice a week allows the dead skin cells to remain on the skin surface. Make sure that the product that you use compliments your skin is very important; It's ok to try different products until your skin has found a satisfying match that agrees with your body chemistry. We use all natural ingredients in our facial scrub with a little layer of soap. We recommend after using our facial scrub that you use our hydrating Kreme to add moisture back, you're the skin.

MOISTURIZE & HYDRATE YOUR SKIN

Transform your skin into life! The face is a very delicate area because it cannot be hidden with garments if something goes wrong and because of that I have been very hesitant with making facial care products. I have prayed for direction and with patience I have finally stumbled upon not one but two different types of oils that was easily turned into facial cream. I am very excited about two of our newest products. I hope that you fall in love with our Olive and Aloe Facial Kreme as I have.

Both facial Kreme's have great benefits that will change the game of facial care, leaving your skin moisturized, gorgeous, and healthy.
